Day after day, from meeting to meeting, call to call, never ending emails, often not stopping for food or breaks, for hours.
The results were great and everything was a success on the outside and nobody would doubt.

But overtime work was slowly stretching into my free time, hobbies, sleep, health and was eating up from my happy place.

My background is in leading and running several million+ and high profile events - working with a team, financial responsibility and non negotiable deadlines.

I DO UNDERSTAND how it feels doing the work you are passionate about and working with your heart and soul to make it a success.

I KNOW what it is like to experience a big pressure and large responsibility.

AND I ALSO KNOW how it feels to be in a total overwhelm and overload, pushing your boundaries on a daily basis to the point that you don’t even realise the constant underlying pressure you are living with and how work is taking over.

It was my burn-out and a subsequent nearly 2-year break of personal recovery, and world and spiritual discovery, that really got me thinking in a bigger perspective and led me to my new mission.

My vision is more female entrepreneurs stepping up into confidence and courage to lead bigger businesses and women being recognised as natural builders of serious ventures, shaping industries, setting ambitious goals and doing that in their own way.
There are many brilliant female founders at the early stages of business but far fewer leading bigger businesses. I want to help change that. I’d love for it to become completely normal – not exceptional or pioneering – to see women leading impactful, successful business.
I am a double qualified Coach in Executive, Organisational and Personal Performance Coaching, I won a Global Startup Coach Award for supporting female led business.
I am also a qualified Advanced Theta Healing® Practitioner uniquely combining business coaching and energy work to help you shift your business and energy.
I am the founder and coach at Veronika Sucha Coaching and we specialise at helping women transform their business blocks and business habits to scale.
